  • Excavation per plans
  • Concrete stems and slab per plans
  • Excavation & pouring of new piers to hold and support installed steel I-beams
  • Cribbing and shoring for installing steel I-beams
  • Labor and materials for installing steel I-beams
  • Plumbing & Electrical – Patching during construction and finishing when the job is complete
  • Sheetrock installation and paint
  • References available upon request
