Collin Miller is John's assistant and as a former escrow officer, is very knowledgeable in all areas of mortgages and finance. He helps John and Rachel with all investment property business and also works with Rachel on the payroll as well as handling accounts receivable. Collin has been with the company for a couple of years now and he has become an important part of our daily operations.

SF Garage Co. - About Us

Harold Howell is a professional engineer and the head of our engineering department at Mercury Engineering Group. He has over 40 years of engineering experience in the Bay Area and beyond and brings a vast knowledge base to our engineering department. Harold is an invaluable member of the team and guides our engineers through some difficult design projects.

Frederick Chung has worked for John for over 5 years. His expertise and experience as an engineer make him as asset to the team. He uses his expert Autocad skills to draft the plans for our projects and then works with SF Building/Planning and Public Works Departments to get approval on the plans and permits for construction.

Mark O'Brien is the welding foreman for S. F. Garage Company. He installs steel moment frames and welds all beams to meet San Francisco building code requirements. With his "old school" work ethic, leadership qualities and excellent welding and fabrication skills he has become a very important member of the team.

Rachel Abraham Pollard is John's sister and works closely with him on permit expediting and all other aspects of the running the company. With her experience and expertise working with DBI and DPW and her business sense, she is an invaluable member of the team. Rachel also handles all matters related to investment properties.

Chris Seitz is the guy that gives a project that "Better Homes and Gardens" look. With his special touch he makes the interior and exterior look beautiful. He has exceptional carpentry and painting skills and along with decorating and trim experience, Chris is the "go to" guy when it comes to decision making and finish work on San Francisco Edwardian and Victorian homes.

Jeanette "J.Byrd" Hosch has worked for John for over 8 years as Office Manager. She runs the office and handles whatever may come her way.
